Do not allow illusions to cheat you.<br /><br />Learn to let go of those people you interacting and enjoy. Live in the present moment. Fear is an illusion which blocks your happiness. We think past is enjoyable but past will not come again. It will give you only shame, anger or frustration. We think we have to plan for the future to make our future bright.<br /><br />Your happiness does not come from outside world and material things. Happiness is inside. You are the only person who is blocking this happiness to come forth.<br /><br />You must enjoy different things without holding to one and only habit. If you are addicted to something you lose the new and fresh opportunities to enjoy.<br /><br />Present moment is precious and enjoyable.
